The Liturgy of Hours, also known as the Divine Office is the daily prayer of the Church, which is said seven times throughout each day. The two main Hours are the Lauds (Morning Prayer) and Vespers (Evening Prayer).
Starting this Tuesday 31 March we will say those two hours each day online at 8am and 6pm respectively. You are welcome to join the prayer; its text is available online on the Universalis website, it will also be displayed during the prayer.
